During my search to let go of my own anxiety, fear, anger, rage, and depression in my earlier adult life, I have found, and continue to find, some very exciting new therapeutic methods that many people have already used to let go of their anxiety, depression, and excess anger, even though many others have never even heard of them yet. And, because of my own personal experience with all of these methods, I know which ones help you to relieve the symptoms of these conditions and which therapies help you to release these conditions - Forever!
Everything I do in my Practice is focused on releasing the negative thoughts/beliefs and feelings causing the problems in your life, replacing them with positive, healthy ones, allowing you a happier, freer life. Believe it or not, with the methods I know I will help you let go of your
most negative and painful thoughts and feelings with absolute minimal discomfort to you. And, once these thoughts and feelings are gone, they will never be able to haunt you or cause you pain or problems again. (How is this possible? WANT TO START FEELING BETTER RIGHT NOW? HERE'S HOW:
Simply repeat this process until you get a sense of feeling better. Tap your left leg with your left hand then tap your right leg with your right hand (or tap your left foot then your right foot alternately). The trick is to tap bilaterally, meaning alternately, one then the other, right, left, right, left, (or, left, right, left, right), etc.. Continue this process until you feel less anxious/calmer. You can get a better impression of this measure, perhaps, if you ask yourself what number of intensity of anxiety you have before you start tapping (1-10 with 10 being the most intense). As you tap, periodically ask yourself what the number of intensity is. You will find that the number continues to go down the longer you persist in tapping. And, this is just one of the many therapeutic methods I use to help you release anxiety, fears, phobias, panic attacks, depression or unwanted anger, (guilt, shame, etc., etc., etc.) quickly, easily and very effectively.
